Its roster of experience includes an FPSO project for one of the biggest companies in Singapore, providing procurement, manpower provision, full mobility support, and in-country support functions. Additional upstream projects include an organization in South Korea, where HR Quest provided mobility solutions, talent sourcing, and recruitment. Another project is as a partner for a prime drilling contractor, wherein the project included provisions for construction, hook up and commissioning, along with crew manning. Also, HR Quest provided support for prime drilling contracting with manpower for 12 rigs, 4 drilling ships, and 3 platforms. For select downstream projects: HR Quest provides a competent team of professionals and a dynamic new model for a crucial brownfield project in Southeast Asia. The project encompasses a time-sensitive onboarding process that is fully compliant and aligned with the national requirements of Singapore. In turn, this project resulted in the reduction of costs and expenditures to the company. HR Quest has also provided its partner with a robust workforce supporting four concurrent projects, including debottlenecking of projects and construction of a new plant. Additional services provided together with manpower are mobility, client in training, and procurement services.
